Mentorship Programme

After an initial consultation, you are matched with a mentor based on your career goals and industry focus. You’ll then be placed in a curated group of like-minded peers pursuing similar paths — creating a supportive environment of shared learning and networking.

You'll stay in contact with your mentor and peers throughout your career journey — from your first CV draft all the way to signing your offer.

The full structure of the programme is discussed during your intro call.

Strategic Career Session (3 hours)

This is a one-time, intensive session designed to give you full clarity and direction. We start with a short call to understand your needs. Then, our team prepares a tailored presentation built specifically around your background and goals.

We cover:

• Interview prep + common questions
• Target firms & application strategy
• Timeline planning

Unlike mentorship, this session is focused on giving you structure and tools — you execute independently, but with full clarity, individual plan and precision.

Our closed events are reserved for those engaged in our mentorship or career strategy programmes to ensure quality connections and relevance for all attendees.
